Brunehaut Organic Beers
The Brunehaut Brewery has developed a range of organic and gluten-free beers, produced with barley grown on our domain. We have developed a UNIQUE and NATURAL method to remove the gluten from the beer during brewing(< 5ppm). A real regional beer without gluten, what could be better?
6.5% Belgian Amber Ale
Hazy, mild and smooth, milky. The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but dissappears when the beer gets warmer. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, corriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter.
6.5% Belgian Blonde Ale
Light earthy or spicy hop nose, along with a lightly sweet Pils malt character. Shows a subtle yeast character that may include spicy phenolics, yeasty, fruity esters (commonly orange-like or lemony). Subtle yet complex. Clear gold color. Large, creamy white head. Smooth, light to moderate Pils malt sweetness initially, but finishes medium-dry to dry with. Medium hop and alcohol bitterness to balance. Medium-high to high carbonation with medium body.
This beer has a white, smooth and very compact head. Nice golden color with malt flavor. It has a rich aroma with a unique combination of aromatic hops, spices and the typical bouquet of fermentation. The only gluten free tripel in the world.
