E. Z. Orchards

Willamette Valley, Oregon

Inspired by the cidre of Northern France, EZ Orchards is the product of the Zielinski family located in Oregon's Willamette Valley. Fermented in the traditional French method by delaying harvest and a fermentation process of 4-6 months to retain the subtle nuances of the fruit. Cidre is bottled before fermentation is complete, resulting in a fine, natural carbonation.

Willamette Valley Cider

5.7-6.7% ABV, Gluten-Free

Aromas of orchard ripe apples, leaves, and earth reflect complex flavors of apple, cinnamon and nutmeg. Serve chilled in a Champagne style glass.

Orchards Poire

5.9-6.5% ABV, Gluten-Free

French for "pear" this Poire is made entirely from estate-grown Forelle, Comice and Bosc winter pears. Aromas are delicate. Mouthfeel is big, round, soft and juicy.

Hawk Haus Cider

5.7-6.7% ABV, Gluten-Free

Named after the kestrel nests found on the property. Big, soft and round on the palate with gentle acidity. Notes of cinnamon and brown sugar reminiscent of apple turnover.
